Program: Notification of Worker Arrival

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Noggin Consulting LLC Notification of Worker Arrival SMS notification program. By opting in to receive notifications, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

The Notification of Worker Arrival program is an SMS-based notification service operated by Noggin Consulting LLC. This program sends text message notifications to participating customers when a worker associated with their account has arrived.

To protect the privacy of all parties involved:

No names are used in notifications — workers are identified by worker number only (e.g., Worker #XXXX)
Only customers associated with a specific worker number will receive notifications relevant to that worker
Notifications are informational only and require no response

Opt-In & Consent

Participation in this notification program is entirely voluntary. Customers are enrolled only after explicitly opting in via a separate email query from Noggin Consulting LLC. By responding affirmatively to that email query, you consent to receive SMS notifications under this program.

By opting in, you confirm that:

You are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided
You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions
You consent to receive SMS notifications related to worker arrival status

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving notifications at any time. To stop receiving messages, simply reply STOP to any notification text message you receive. You will be unsubscribed immediately and will receive no further notifications.

To cancel, text STOP to the number from which you received the notification. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

You may also re-enroll at any time by contacting Noggin Consulting LLC directly.

Message Frequency

Notification frequency is minimal and event-driven. Messages are only sent when a worker arrival event occurs. You will not receive promotional messages, marketing content, or unsolicited communications of any kind through this program.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on your SMS and data plan.

Noggin Consulting LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier in connection with receiving SMS notifications.

Privacy & Data Use

Noggin Consulting LLC takes your privacy seriously. With respect to this notification program:

Your contact information is used solely to deliver arrival notifications
Your information is never shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties
No names are included in any notifications sent through this program
Your mobile number is stored securely and used only for the purpose of delivering notifications you have opted in to receive

Supported Carriers

This program is compatible with all major US mobile carriers. Noggin Consulting LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues or factors outside our control.

Changes to These Terms

Noggin Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the notification program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
